The Digital Sisterhood and Islamic Ummah Relief are currently working around the clock, because the sooner we are able to finalise construction, the sooner we can move these orphans to begin a new chapter of their lives.

There has been enormous increase in the number of orphans and street children in Nigeria due to the terror unleashed by Boko Haram militants. Many orphans have to act as parents to their brothers and sisters. Many live in filthy conditions and scavenge for food on rubbish tips to survive.

The Digital Sisterhood (TDS) is a start-up that aims to unite Muslim women globally by highlighting the importance of cultivating their own spaces, creating their own content and being the authors of their own stories. Their goal is to counter the pre-existing narrative on what it means to be a Muslim woman in the world today. Through digital storytelling, they hope to empower a generation of women to unapologetically be themselves, as well as inspire them to foster a strong and unwavering relationship with Islam.

Alhamdulilah, By the will of Allah and your generous donations we were able to build a home for orphan girls and the structure for the kitchen as well. Painting will be done once the orphan boys home is completed.
