In a study carried out by the Centre for Media Monitoring (CFMM), it was demonstrated that the news network GB News “mentioned Muslims OR Islam more than 17,000 times” over a 2-year period and that their reports about Muslims “regularly demonised their beliefs” and stories about Islam were “overwhelmingly negative”.

ilmfeed does not receive funding like GB News and it does not have the backing of a large corporation or government. It remains independent.

ilmfeed has been operating with limited resources with support from a small group of individuals.
