I'm reaching out today on behalf of a devoted Somali mother of six who finds herself facing significant financial challenges. This hardworking mother has accumulated debt and is now in an urgent situation as her creditors are insisting on immediate repayment.

Currently, she is unable to work due to temporary health and language limitations, making it impossible to address these pressing financial obligations while also observing her religious practices.

Those she owes money to are demanding payment now, adding tremendous stress during a time when our community focuses on Ramadan.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever relieves a believer of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens of the Day of Judgment." (Sahih Muslim)

- Relieve the immediate financial pressure on her family

- Allow her to focus fully on her faith obligations

In the Holy Quran, Allah reminds us: "Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over?" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:245)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) also taught us: "The believer's shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity." (Al-Tirmidhi)
