Daily Deeds is a clean and simple mobile application designed to motivate you to perform and increase your good deeds on a daily basis.
Whether it’s night prayers, sunnah fasting, caring for people and creatures or reading the Holy Quran, Daily Deeds helps you to track your good actions and monitor your progress.

Cultivating positive good deeds requires consistent and long-term effort and to support this, Daily Deeds helps today's Muslim by boosting and encouraging good deeds through ongoing tracking and analysis.

And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.

Our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us, as his followers, to do as many good deeds as possible - no matter how small. The angels are writing down every deed in our our books, which is impossible for us to track or even know the weight of them. Good deeds will be judged by Allah SWT according to his divine knowledge, wisdom and mercy. He's the only one who takes account of all actions and measures them.

However, we should try and track our deeds as best as we can and push ourselves to keep the momentum up before we're taken into account.  

O believers! Be mindful of Allah and let every soul look to what deeds it has sent forth for tomorrow. And fear Allah, for certainly Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

About the Application

Daily Deeds has been designed to be an intuitive and simple application to get you into the habit of doing and tracking good deeds.

The application has been designed with simplicity in mind, allowing you to add to your daily tracker with just two taps. Each day, you just select one (or more) of the nine pre-defined deeds and they are instantly added to your ongoing tracker for self analysis at a later stage. 

And if you haven't done well in a particular category of deeds, you can set regular reminders to prompt you to do them throughout the month.

​Daily Deeds has intentionally been created to be a personal journal of deeds. It’s not for sharing with your friends and followers, rather it has been designed for you to build on becoming a better person in the sight of Allah the Almighty.

The application features switchable reminder functionality and inspiration taken from the Holy Quran and authentic Hadith of our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to help your journey progress in the right direction.

Reducing distractions in our lives is one of the main drivers behind the creation of Daily Deeds. Of course, there are many calendar or reminder apps out there, but none are so focused on just the tracking of deeds. 

And unlike many other free or cheap apps, Daily Deeds will never feature a single advertisement enshallah - meaning you’ll never be distracted by a random popup when using the application.

Support the campaign

And that’s where Launchgood and you, our potential patrons comes in. We need your support in making Daily Deeds a reality. Unlike many other crowdfunding campaigns, we’re not offering up any rewards or perks for backing us. Instead, all the funds we raise will enshallah go directly to funding the development (iOS and Android) and ongoing support for the application.

We don’t want you or ourselves to be distracted by another T-shirt or a postcard keepsake, nor have to undertake the hassle and expense of shipping. We’re committed to being as transparent as possible throughout the development of Daily Deeds and will be publishing updates on an ongoing basis enshallah.

Timeline

Assuming we raise the funds required for the development of the Daily Deeds application, we would be looking to launch on the App Store and Google Play in Summer 2019 enshallah.

A little about us…

Daily Deeds is the brainchild of Imen Ben Ayed, an Art Director based in Dubai who has been supported by her husband Mehdi ibn Bird in bringing Daily Deeds to life over the past six months.

Authentic Orange is our joint consultancy that covers design, development, strategy, publishing and much more. Daily Deeds is our first self-produced entity and enshallah will be the first of many.

We need your help in taking the next step in the Daily Deeds journey and raising funds to support the development and ongoing maintenance for years to come enshallah.
