Guided Hearts Institute for Relational, Spiritual, and Mental Wellness was established to provide holistic and Islamically integrated mental health education rooted in the Quran, Sunnah, and modern research. You can help provide our youth with access to this essential education! 

 Many of us lack the skills and tools to overcome life's inevitable challenges. We want to change that by empowering our Muslim youth with essential mental health and relationship skills. We aim to serve the youth through proactive and preventative interventions and education that is holistic, Islamically integrated, and easily accessible.

What is Guided Hearts Institute?

Guided Hearts Institute is an educational organization that delivers holistic and Islamic psychoeducation. Founded by Ustadha Dunia Shuaib, the institute aims to fill a void in our community and increase mental wellness and relationship satisfaction through providing mental health education and premarital training.

We accomplish this by producing publications, conducting in-person educational programs, and creating online resources to address critical issues such as mental wellness, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, divorce, grief, and suicide. Through these efforts, with the help of Allah swt, we can empower Muslim men, women, and youth everywhere!
