About us:

Centre Islamic Nasrul Ilm de Cheikh Mahy Cisse - 

Founded in 2021 by Cheikh Mahy Cisse, renowned scholar of the Arabic language and Islamic studies, Secondary Education Teacher, Principal, and Hospital Administrator in the village of Medina Baye in Kaolack, Senegal, West Africa, to provide sustainable education, and support equitable learning in an educationally underserved environment. Our mission is to help empower youth to build a strong foundation for their future, develop knowledge and skills, and make an impact in their communities.

Alhumdullah, Cheikh Mahy Cisse not only provides Islamic educational classes and guidance for youth and adults in his home region, he frequently travels throughout countries worldwide passing along Islamic wisdom and knowledge, and teaching and providing guidance founded through the Qu'ran.

Adequately sourced schools ensure students are more apt to succeed because teachers are effectively equipped to provide quality teaching, and students have resources at their disposal. Our students and teachers need your support – from desks, notebooks, and technology learning equipment, to office furniture, dormitory furniture, cleaning supplies, and shipping costs.

Centre Islamic Nasrul Ilm de Cheikh Mahy Cisse has been established to cultivate, and promote education and higher learning in West Africa. It is an educational institute that accepts students across all countries, cultures, and ethnic groups. We hope and pray that you are able to contribute and help us to continue with this worthwhile project of establishing high-quality Islamic educational environments.

Nasrul Ilm Center for Education’s Composition and Daily Learning Structure:

Primary Education begins at age 6. Children typically enter the Lower-Secondary phase around age 11 with education then extending into the Upper-Secondary phase intended for young adult learners. The Upper-Secondary phase includes; general continued education and personal enrichment courses.
