Around the world, over 820 million people don’t have enough to eat. Every 3.6 seconds, 1 of these people will die due to starvation. Through no fault of their own, the people in these countries are victims of war, drought, famine, displacement or natural disasters.

Feed Our World provides healthy meals to people in poor communities around the globe.

CURRENT SITUATION

• 2.8 billion people are unable to afford a healthy diet, contributing to "hidden hunger
• 1 in 11 people globally face hunger every day
• In Africa, 1 out of 5 people go hungry each day
• 282 million people were experiencing high levels of food insecurity in 59 countries as of 2023

Program areas:

1. Income Generating Livelihood
   Empowering individuals to earn their own income, helping them achieve financial independence and create a sustainable futures
2. Nutritional Supply projects Support (Ramadan and Qurbani)
   Delivering vital nutritional support by providing warm meals, food packs, and fresh meat to beneficiaries through our Ramadan, Qurbani, and winter programs. 
3. Food Security Agricultural & livestock Farming

Providing beneficiaries with sustainable farming techniques and agricultural resources and farming tools to grow fresh fruits and vegetables. We empower families to feed themselves and earn a living, fostering long-term resilience and self-sufficiency.

Type of response:

1. Food Parcels: sustains a family of 5 for 30 days
2. Hot meals: sustains a family of 5 for 30 days
3. Meat Packs: provides a family of 5 with 2-5 KG of meat
4. Vocational trainings: Develops skills to establish and run a small business and sustain livelihoods
5. Agricultural and Farming support projects: Providing tools, equipment, supplies and/or farming animals to vulnerable families to help sustain their livelihoods
