Right now, Gaza and Sudan are experiencing unprecedented and catastrophic humanitarian disasters driven by conflict. It is estimated that at least 110,000 people have lost their lives between Gaza and Sudan combined, though the actual number is said to be significantly higher.

Sudan is currently the largest displacement crisis in the world, with over 12 million people forced to flee their homes since the conflict began in April 2023. This includes both internally displaced persons (IDPs) and refugees who have crossed into neighbouring countries, as recognized by the UN and leading humanitarian agencies.

Penny Appeal Canada has deployed emergency responses in Gaza and Sudan, distributing critical life-saving aid to families facing severe humanitarian crises. Your help is needed to save lives and restore dignity to those suffering.
