The Struggle to Keep Gaza Alive Continues

With the uncertainty of Rafah overhanging Gaza, people need to come together push on all fronts to stop this conflict and provide life-saving aid for the people. So far, 95% of our aid is able to reach the people through working with our partners and we will continue disturbuting as long as we are able to do so and as long as you keep on giving.

We are also facilitating Qurbani and with Eid ul Adha just a few days away, we hope to be able to carry this out for you successfully. In case we are not able to carry the Qurbani out due to change of situation on ground, we will shift it to either Yemen or Afghanistan.

The Connection Between Hajj and Gaza?

The people of Gaza are the closest to the children of Ibrahim a.s. As well as the lineage, they also share the test and sacrifice. Just as Ibrahim a.s. was tested so are the children of Gaza. Hajj is the pillar that Ibrahim a.s. was commanded to perform, so on this occassion of Hajj and Dhul Hijjah, let us remember the children of Ibrahim a.s. in the now people of Gaza.

How Aid is getting to Gaza?

This is the aid we took on the planes
1. As evidenced in the above video - aid is reaching Gaza. 7 of our planes have successfully made it through with aid reaching beneficiaries. This is part of a bigger operation in association with our partners, Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation and the Egyptian Red Crescent.
2. Forgotten Women Implementation through it’s partners has also included Food, hygiene packs. Water - through our partners we have been able to source locally and even use desalination plant which was provided power for by UNWRA.
3. Our efforts are focused in the South of Gaza as that is where the majority of the population is and where our team are best placed and located to deliver aid safely.
4. Food Aid is being distributed is near normal and barring some issues we are still able to distribute through our partners.

What We Are Doing in Gaza
We are on the ground with our partners working tirelessly to deliver Food Packs & Water, Women's Dignity & Hygiene Kits, Tents & Medical Aid  in Gaza. Our deliveries are taking place every week under very challenging conditions, and we shall continue to do so as long as life permits.

We adhere to a stringent ethical code of conduct that unequivocally condemns any form of sexual exploitation of vulnerable individuals. Consequently, we have implemented a policy where only women are authorised to serve on the front lines, ensuring the safe and respectful delivery of aid to women in need.
