Imam for Blessed Al Aqsa for decades, requires urgent medical treatment. 

I am writing to you today to tell you about a dear man to my heart. When I arrived at Al Aqsa to be part of the Imams of Al Aqsa for Ramadan 2014, this man greeted me with a beautiful smile and warm heart. He is Sheikh Waleed Siam, who's famous for his deep faith, beautiful smile, and most importantly his Duas in Taraweeh at Al Aqsa that makes the Masjid shake from the tears of the believers. 

He has has dedicated his life to serving the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the people who come to worship there. 

Sheikh Waleed is a teacher of the Holy Qur’an, and his kindness, sincerity, and humility have endeared him to all those who know him. He has turned the Adhami Mosque into a palace, and his hand is clean and humble. The blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is the breath he breathes, and he is deeply attached to it. That is why,  even during his most severe illness, he comes to Al Aqsa carrying his oxygen tank to help him breathe.

This is a testament to his love and dedication to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the people who worship there. We ask you to join us in praying for Sheikh Walid's recovery, health, and well-being. The people of Al-Aqsa are fasting and praying for him, and we ask everyone to pray for him.
