Our mission is to create a better quality of life by bringing water to those in need, one well at a time. We are a humanitarian organization devoted to playing a vital role in eradicating poverty by providing clean, sustainable water and access to quality education to villages across the globe. The term well is a play-on-words and is intended to exemplify how water and education are intertwined. We support orphanages and schools because Zam Zam believes wellness through access to clean water, the empowerment of women, and education are all interconnected.

Zam Zam Water

Over 880 million people lack basic drinking-water, including 159 million people who are dependent on surface water.¹

By 2025, half of the world’s population will be living in water-stressed areas.¹

Women and children walk an average of 4 Miles a day in Africa and Asia to get water.²

Illiteracy is almost at 50% in sub-saharan, Arab, and south asian countries, with girls accounting for 60% of that rate.³

How it works

STEP 1 - Submit Campaign for Review: Participating individuals or organizations need to create a campaign on LaunchGood.com/zamzam and submit for review. When creating the campaign, creators should make sure to add Zam Zam Water as a community page to their campaign under the Enhance section of the campaign.

STEP 2 - LaunchGood Review: In 24-48 hours, the LaunchGood team will assign a project coach to provide feedback and discuss best practices before launching.

STEP 3 - Project Goes Live! Start crowdfunding! LaunchGood will provide crowdfunding coaching support throughout the fundraising process.

STEP 4 - Campaign Ends: LaunchGood sends funds raised directly to the Zam Zam Water team.
