Imam Shafi'i about tonight

Salam,

Imam Shafi'i said that there are 5 nights when duas are accepted. Tonight - the 1st night of Eid - is one of them.

CelebrateMercy is hosting a special Ramadan Farewell Dua session tonight to close out the month of Ramadan. Shaykh Yasir Fahmy will give final advice as we bid farewell to Ramadan then lead us in a dua in Arabic and English, begging Allah to accept our Ramadan worship; he'll also read dua requests from the audience. We expect thousands to tune in insha-Allah. Please see the flyer, info, and RSVP link below:

PS: CelebrateMercy is struggling to reach the finish line with our annual Ramadan fundraiser (we're at 90%). If you have benefited from our programs (80 webinars in 30 days) and you can help us sustain them year-round, please consider donating. We also send beautiful appreciation gifts to donors. It would be amazing to hit our goal by Eid day.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and please remember the CelebrateMercy team in your dua!

Salaam,

The CelebrateMercy Team

Production Update: Spirits of Black Folk

Assalamu Alaykum,

I pray you are well and that you had a beautiful Ramadan and Eid!

The CelebrateMercy team would like to give you a status update on the 'Spirits of Black Folk: Sages Through the Ages' book project, who’s main translator is Shaykh Adeyinka Mendes.

We cannot express enough gratitude for your patience and flexibility, as the project has been faced with multiple production delays due to required re-edits / revisions. We are happy to let you know that the editing and typesetting phases are now complete. The final book file will be sent to the printers next week. Printing will take about 1 week and shipments will go out in the last week of June insha-Allah. As soon as printing has concluded and shipments are about to go out, we will send you an update.

This book is a game-changer for our community and will result in tremendous blessings and healing. May Allah bless you immensely for your ongoing support.

Wa salaam,
The CelebrateMercy Team

Black Lives book ships soon (Update)

CelebrateMercy is pleased to update you, our generous donor, on The Black Companions of the Prophet ﷺ book project. By the grace of Allah, 100% of Book #1 has been translated and is now in the final stages of proofreading. Typesetting will be finalized shortly upon completion of proofreading, with the book set to be printed immediately afterward.

We aim to begin shipping the completed book before the end of Black History Month (February 2021). If you have graciously donated toward this project by giving $150 or more, you will receive your signed copy/copies in March 2021 after it has been signed by Shaykh Adeyinka Mendes, insha-Allah.

If you would like to purchase additional copies for yourself or as gifts for friends and family, CelebrateMercy is now accepting pre-orders for this book (unsigned version) along with Imam Dawud Walid’s enriching book Blackness and Islam. Both books can be purchased together as a money-saving bundle. Discounted expedited shipping within the United States is also available for a limited time. To take advantage of this offer, please visit the CelebrateMercy Store here.

May Allah reward you for your continued support and for enabling this project which we hope will benefit individuals and communities globally and for generations to come.
