About

Human Concern International (HCI) is a registered Canadian charity working to change our world by moving families from crisis to sustainability. Established in 1979, HCI works with communities worldwide, enacting holistic, sustainable solutions, to address homelessness, lack of access to clean water, poverty, unemployment, hunger, and more.

HCI is part-taking in a project to build a village that includes homes, a school, and a mosque. The village will be built in the northern Syria, but will be principally built in the region of Al-Bab or Afrin. The project aims to move Syrian families out of tents and into more dignified living spaces. Your donations will go towards covering the costs of construction, building materials, furniture, utility infrastructure, and school supplies. Restore the security, stability, and dignity of Syrian families.
