Help support poor families by giving Zakat as cash! [100% Zakat Policy]

According to the vast majority of scholar Zakat should ONLY be given to the poor in cash. I'll be heading out to distribute zakat as cash to the poor and needy. This is one of the BEST ways to help empower the ummah and uplift families out of poverty. 
 

When you give a family cash you give them the independence to buy whatever they need, to purchase the items they actually like, to pay bills and clear any debts, you not only help that specific household but you also benefit the local community as there is an increase in cash is circulation. Honestly, giving your Zakat to families in the form helps so much more. 
 

Last year you sent over £100,000 with me to give to Palestinian and Syrian refugees. Alhamdulillah it was all successfully delivered by Allah's grace. 

You can also give cash to families as Sadaqah, if you do this, we're able to give it to families who might not be eligible for Zakat but could still benefit from the additional support to feed their children, clear debts and help cover living expenses.

In areas where the exchange rate is extremely high and it is more beneficial for the families that we provide them with shopping vouchers instead of cash, we will opt for shopping vouchers, we will always take the decision that provides the most benefit to the families we are supporting.
