On The Backdrop of these Challenges facing Islam and Muslims, HalTV was birthed.

HALTV Africa officially launched 18th of June, 2015 with a 30 minutes program HABIBI RAMADAN aimed at educating the Muslims about the blessings of Ramadan. HALTV (HALAL TV) is a Muslim lifestyle channel focus on inspiring, educating, and engaging the Muslims in Nigeria and Diaspora, about The Pristine Islam and its teaching, producing top quality content.

HALTV provides strictly quality Islamic content ranging from education, art, culture, fashion and beauty, achievements, films, documentary for the intelligent, creative Muslims in Nigeria.  'Habibi Ramadan' is a show on Hal TV channel to welcome our beloved month of Ramadan, with segments such as Iftar with the Hijabi chef, Reminder this Ramadan, 100 Muslims 1 Question

'Habibi Ramadan'

‘Habibi Ramadan’ is a show designed to cater for Muslims in the beloved month of Ramadan on HALTV channel. It’s a Magazine Programmes that feautures segments as ‘Iftar with HijabiChef’, ‘100Muslims 1Question’, ‘Reminder This Ramadan’, just to mention few . Its focus is to develop Muslims spiritually, mentally while relating with people in their immediate environment. 

The Overview of Each Segment

-Ask the Muslims

A Street quiz designed to educate and engage Muslims about Islam and how well they know The Religion. Presenters go to the streets, asking Muslims simple questions about the Qur’an, Hadith, Seerah and other Areas the Deen. Every participant who gets the questions right, gets a gift.

-100 Muslims 1 question

It’s a platform where Muslims from all walks of life such as doctors, lawyers, engineers, artists, and so on answer only one question.

-Friday Khutbah

We will be recording a sermon of a particular central mosque on Fridays to show on our channel in a way to feed us with the words from the Qur’an and familiarize ourselves with the lifestyles of prophets.

-Iftar With The Hijabi Chef

This is a program that teaches you quick tips on how to make 'quick and east-to-make' Iftar, while still giving you the time and opportunity to do your daily Ibaadat

-HalTV Special

HalTV captures Ramadan Lectures, Events and all other Islamic Social Engagements

-Where the Funds Go

For us to achieve our goals and objectives, these factors must be in place;

 Access to funds: For Shooting Habibi Ramadan, Editing, Uploading The Daily Content Online, Publicity and General Production of the programme

 Marketing and awareness

 Ability to broadcast on Local TV: Your kind donation will help us advertise the program and also sustain airing of the program on TV stations and Cable

 Ability to understand and relate with the target audience

With our goal of 10,000 pounds for this project, funds will be spent to advertise and ensure that this series is able to reach the largest audience possible, In Shaa Allah.

*Pay It Forward

This is one of the avenues, where our Ramadan Production Proceeds are Channeled towards. 'Pay It Forward' is a Ramadan Package where HalTV Africa Sponsors Families by donating certain amounts of funds to them, so that they (those families) can be able to partake in the celebration of Eid.

Our Selection Process of Families we sponsor is a very open and sincere one. Selections are based on Nominations of our Audience, and we give precedence to 'the less privileged families' . During the season 1 of Habibi Ramadan, we were able to sponsor 16 families.
