Across Bangladesh & Ghana, some of the poorest people in the world have urgent medical needs going untreated due to the lack of money, having to choose between feeding their family and their health. Real Life Story 1: Your contributions make a real difference to the lives of children like Anisha. She is a 3 year old little girl living in a village with her parents and sibling. Anisha had a heart condition (which bypassed her blood from the main vessels and created a ‘shunt’) limiting her life expectancy, unable to do many of the things a healthy 3 year old would love to do. Her heart has also affected her lungs, resulting in breathing difficulties and fatigue. Her parents are too poor to afford the life saving surgery without which her life expectancy was at best the late teens.

Real Life Story 2:  Or that of Hafiz , a cancer patient who lived in a remote village, told of his life expectancy  and with your donations and Allah's blessing, he is in recovery and able to provide for his family.  Check out his story on Youtube - IHDF

Real Life Story 3: Our 3rd story, is that of a mother who lost her husband last year in Barishal, a remote area, with 3 young girls (below 14) to look after/provide for and support. and someone who has lost her home 4 times in her life time, because they live near the river. She broke down in front of us, with nothing but her request to provide an income so that she can earn for herself,  without having to ask for handouts all the time and not have to choose between eating and repairing the broken home.

Like Anisha or our elderly ‘aunt’, our aim is to perform health assessments and provide medication/prescription services, providing healthy living & hygiene advice and long term care programmes (where necessary e.g. expectant mothers, critically ill/cancer patients etc). Please help us to save others like Anisha or Hafiz (cancer patient) and ensure that they have a fulfilling life and are provided the basic care that anyone deserves.

Zakat  Donation: Zakat donations will be spent on a variety of methods - food distribution (as part of our Prevention Campaigns e.g. Malnutrition, Weight Loss cases), income generation (to facilitate self-sustenance and health) and medical treatment programme. Please email us and we can provide use cases, should you want further details. If you are donating Zakat, please ensure you tick the "ZAKAT" option next to the Gift Aid.
