The Imam Bukhari Centre was setup by a small group of brothers and sisters for the purpose of furthering Islamic education for the Muslims of not just Milton but the GTA and beyond. 



**We run on a Community Funded Model, where the Majority of our Programs are funded by donations so that if a child or an adult cannot pay, then they are able to attend for free**

Expansion Plan:

We are Purchasing the Unit Next Door!

The Unit adjacent to us has come up for sale and this is an excellent opportunity for us to be able to expand. If we are able to purchase this unit it will mean:

1. The expansion of a Masjid dedicated to the Quran and Sunnah, its teaching and education
2. More room to hold our educational courses and reach more people
3. A dedicate space for the sisters and their own bathroom
4. A chance to reach a much larger audience via our programs

Our Accomplishments over the past 2 years:​

Building on our fundamentals of  “Knowledge” – “Action” – “Dawah” we are pleased to say that, with Allahs help, despite being the smallest Islamic Centre in the town, we make a very large impact on the wider community.​

Apart from Daily Salat's and Jumah, Our Regular Weekly Activities include:​

​

1) Explanation of Essential AHadith of the Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wa Sallam – after salatul Isha​

2) Explanation of the Seerah of the Messenger Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam  - every sunday after Fajr​

3) Arabic for non Native Speakers – Weekly class ​

3) Quran – Tajweed and Memorization for boys/men and girls/women ​

4) The Lives of the Sahaba – a weekly youth class​

5) Weekend School teaching the essentials of Aqeedah, Fiqh and Seerah for Youth and Adults – Men and Women​

6) We have also taken the responsibility of calling non-muslims to Islam via a regular schedule of bi-weekly street dawah with the help of our brothers and sisters
