It took us 5 years to decide to show AFTER HATRED COMES LOVE and we worked on the final edit of it since the beginning of June, this month. Time has come to show it after the massive worldwide Pro-Palestinian protests in universities last month as we felt that young people around the world especially in the West are thirsty for Truth and Justice. Values that Halis Media carry dearly since 2012. Your donation has helped to finance this short documentary film in New Zealand and we would like to thank you all for that.

Our documentary film FREEDOM is probably the only and best tool at the disposal of the Ummah right now with the capacity to reach out to Non-Muslims and make them sit down for 3 hours to watch a 90 minutes documentary film featuring 50 converts from 25 countries and then stay an extra 90 minutes for a Q&A session with us. Unfortunately we truly lack of visionary Muslims at the moment to support FREEDOM in a big way, that is why we can't thank enough all our supporters on Launchgood who supported the best they could for all these years while we are hoping that one day wealthy Muslims will finally get it and support our projects the way they deserve to be supported.

With this in mind, in this blessed month of Zhul Hijjah, we would like to share with you our intention to go for a second world screening tour in the second semester 2024, this time in universities across the globe. Hence your ongoing support is highly appreciated as my salary and commissions alone can not support the initial budget needed for the first leg of the tour which we plan to start in September 2024 in Europe, South Africa and New Zealand again.

Today is a special day for us as we remember our 51 brothers who lost their lives in on March 15th 2019 in Christchurch, New Zealand in a masjid. One month after the massacre Halis Media went to New Zealand to screen FREEDOM in Universities, including Christchurch.

The same year we invited one of the family of the victims Hamimah Ahmat to our Luncheon in Kuala Lumpur to talk about what happened and how we could avoid it happens again.

Last year, I participated to a Peace Conference in Ankara on March 15 as a speaker and met again some families of the victim.

I have been Muslim for 10 years and for the first time of my life as a Muslim, my mother who is not yet Muslim came to spend some time in Ramadan with me and my family. She even fasted with us Alhamdulillah.

Greetings From Turkyie. We hope you are having a great Ramadan. Inspired by our multiple interactions with the youth in Turkyie, we are currently working on our new campaign: "Bring Back Islam To The Youth". The Conference commemorated the 3 years anniversary of the massacre of 51 Brothers in a Mosque in Christchurch which happened on the 15th of March 2019.

As Islamophobia and Lack of Freedom are growing drastically around the world since 2020 we decided to spread Freedom to a broader audience in 2022. A popular French Imam got shot with a gun short range, 3 times in front of his masjid a few weeks after Ramadan. With more than 100 million views on YT and more than 1 million likes on FB, Sheikh Rachid Eljay has inspired many young Muslims in France to increase their relationship with Allah and to return to the practice of Islam.

Islamophobia is back once again but this time the attack aimed at a young popular scholar and despite the gravity of the situation, most French media blamed... Sheikh Rachid Eljay for basically “being a Muslim”. They made it look like it was his fault that he got shot and almost lost his life. How disturbing.

It is critical for Muslims to realise, until we don't invest seriously in media to change the false perceptions that all Muslims are bad and that Islam is a dangerous religion, more crime against the Ummah will be perpetrated in the future. Our lives have become very cheap and people are becoming desensitized with the tragedies that are afflicting the Ummah.

In these first 10 days of DhulHijjah let's reflect on that for a while and let’s try to find solutions to the growing threat of Islamophobia worldwide.
