Fatou Jamigeh has tears filled in her eyes as she processes the day her husband was taken from her family: "I just think about all the time that he will miss from our youngest daughter's life." 

Fatou has five children, 4 daughters and 1 son. The oldest child is 19 years old and the youngest is only 6 months old. Fatou is terrified that her youngest child will grow up without the love and care of her father. In addition to the trauma and emotional stress that this has caused Fatou, she must now try and figure out how to provide for her family. With no outside family support, Fatou is raising her children alone, working full time, and trying to care for her infant child. 

The future is suddenly a terrifying and uncertain place. Fatou must now maintain a roof over her family's head, keep food on the table, and cover legal fees associated with having a deportation case reviewed.
