Yemen is suffering from the world's worst humanitarian crisis. 

It is our duty to stand with Yemen and help them in any way we can. 

The purpose of this campaign is to build a water well in Yemen, which will provide water for years to come to impoverished Yemeni's. Yemen is going through a famine, and this well would be a great help to these very deserving and innocent people. Ongoing problems such as the cholera and polio outbreak, poor hygiene conditions and lack of necessary equipment have created a massive burden on existing Yemeni health institutions.

The donation's will be going to IDRF (International Development and Relief Foundation) , and they will build the water well in Yemen. This well costs $5,340 and InshAllah we can all come together and reach this goal ! Any extra funds will go towards IDRF's humanitarian aid relief efforts in Yemen.

Lack of access to clean potable water has been one of the main reasons for the outbreak of the epidemics within Yemen. There is no adequate water source or infrastructure in the camps around Aden, Mukalla and Zinjabar, which is where most of the displaced people are concentrated. In Lahj camp, the current need is two solar panel supported water wells and four ordinary wells, in Abian camp one solar panel supported water wells and four standard water wells. By responding with the drilling and activation of these water wells, potable water will be provided to 140,000 people in danger of contracting communicable illnesses and keeping them safe.

This campaign will be raising funds for a regular water well to be built.

This well will be built in my late grandmother's name, Hanem Dewidar, as Sadaqah Jariyah. May her soul rest in peace. Please keep her in your duaa's.
