While our Beloved Abi passed away a number of years ago his memory will forever live in our hearts and we will never forget the impact he had on raising us and guiding us no matter how brief.
My siblings and I decided we would like to remember his legacy and kindness by creating this campaign to open Water Well Systems in his name with Penny Appeal as a means of Sadaqah Jariah (Continuous Charity). The three Water Well Systems will be built in Somalia on behalf of our father Farrakhan Abdur Rahim.
I have worked closely with Penny Appeal over the last 2 years and chose them out of the many organizations to assist us with the building of the wells in a part of the world he loved and that can benefit from the gift of clean water especially at this time. Please Consider donating $10, $50, $100 or more to this beneficial cause that keeps on giving even outside of Ramadan. Each Deep Water Well dug costs approximately $5800 to build;
All donations collected go directly to Penny Appeal USA for the construction of each well.
Our communication will not end after your donation, we will send periodic updates and pictures as to the progress of the 3 wells. Inshallah my siblings and I plan to visit each well upon completion.
May Allah make this project a Continuous charity for our Abi and for everyone who donates on his behalf, so that it continues to benefit its benefactor after their lifetime. O Allah accept from us all and shower our beloved Abi with your mercy and grant him Jannatul Firdaus (The Highest Paradise). Ameen 🤲🏼🌿

Our First well has been funded!!! It is only through the mercy of God and the generosity of each donor that this has been made possible. I cannot tell you how happy and excited my siblings and I are. There is something so beautiful that comes from helping, being of benefit to other people besides yourself. Alhamdullillah(All praise is Due to God)
