May Allah reward you for all your efforts!

To honor my friend Usman, I would like to build a water well in his name to benefit a community in Pakistan. My goal is to build this water well to serve as a Sadaqah Jariyah, which is a charity that will continue to benefit Usman and everyone that donates for a long duration. This water well will provide for a village in Pakistan with a clean drinking water supply. When all the money is collected, Usman’s name will be printed on the well.

What issue am I tackling?

According to a recent report by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Pakistan ranks third in the world among countries facing acute water shortage. Authorities warn that by the year 2025, Pakistan might reach an absolute water scarcity. I'm helping combat the water crisis in Pakistan by funding a Solar Powered Water Well that can provide clean drinking water for 1,000 people in Pakistan's desert.

Let's do this right!

So, let’s make this world a better place one step at a time by supporting my cause in providing water to the Pakistani village inshaAllah.

Please keep Usman in your prayers. May God have mercy on his soul and grant him the highest rank in paradise.

Jazakum Allah Kheir!

Completion of water well

By God’s grace, Usman’s water well is completed and is in full use now! And what better time than during this blessed month of Ramadan ❤️ Alhamdullilah x100. I would like to start off by giving a HUGE thank you to everyone that had donated and shared my cause. It meant the world to me! And I know Usman appreciates all of you guys. Thank you thank you! I also would like to thank @pennyappeal for making this happen.  With COVID striking, a financial crisis happening in Pakistan, and extreme storm flooding occurring in that area, the construction kept getting postponed; however it was still managed to be completed beautifully.

This water well was built in the village called Serohi Kolhi Paro, in Tharparkar, Sindh. It is powered by solar energy and will provide water to about 100 households to be used for their basic water needs; which includes drinking water for villagers and animals, sanitation, vegetation, and much more. The villagers are thrilled thanks to you guys! I ask Allah to make it easy on them and I hope this serves as a source of relief to them. More details on the impact of this fundraiser that it’s had on the village coming soon. So please make sure to check back on the launchgood link!

May Allah accept this water well as a sadaqa jariya to everyone that donated, shared, and prayed for Usman. And may Allah accept it as a sadaqa jariya to Usman. ❤️
