Over 900,000 have been displaced in the past few months due to escalations between the army, Russian forces, and the opposition in Syria. Several news outlets have given us a glimpse of the horrors taking place in Syria—children freezing to death, families fleeing for their lives in the frigid cold of winter. Families are now forced to stay near the Turkish border where they are in dire need of essential items. This campaign is an effort to provide displaced families with essentials that they need in order to survive the tragic conditions in which they are forced to live at the moment.
