About 2,090,405 people in Gaza are living under the blockade and most of the families have no access to so many basic things especially (food) and especially in Rafah City south of Gaza Strip, which covers 260,000 people.
In the past few years, the Hope and Peace Foundation successfully achieve its goals of supporting thousands of children and Hundreds of poor families through many cultural and humanitarian projects, the last of which was Gaza Summer Camp 4 and purchasing food packages for families in need during the month of Ramadan in 2018. As you can imagine, it is very important to give a hand to those families who are in need of our help. Every one of us on the team was hoping the situation in Gaza would get better, but unfortunately, the situation is getting worse.
Between all team members, we a few dozen years of experience across the educational and NGO spectrum in Gaza. We established our foundation in August 2015 to provide a safe place for the kids, and since, we have successfully funded many projects, some of which are listed below. It was with help of many generous donors and supporters we have raised money for three years worth of incredible projects.
Take a look at the impact and the positive difference we have made in Gaza through the links we've shared below. But as the occupation cuts off a large amount of traditional funding to NGOs we are left with little choice but to run crowdfunding campaigns to help with the most basic needs.

Rafah camp, established in 1949, is located in the south of Gaza, near the Egyptian border. In the year after Rafah camp was created, thousands of refugees moved from the camp to a nearby housing project at Tel El-Sultan, making the camp almost indistinguishable from the adjacent city.
Originally home to 41,000 refugees who had fled from the hostilities of the 1948 war, Rafah is now home to more than 260870 refugees. High population density is a major problem, with people living in crowded shelters along extremely narrow streets.
So Ramadan is just two weeks away - and we need your help to provide support and care to those most in need. As we mentioned above that the conditions in Gaza grow worse every day, with unemployment now reaching more than 80 percent. For many, there is nowhere to work and no-one to help them.
Drawing your attention what is happening currently in the region, the people in Gaza currently have no access to the very basic things (food, clean water, electricity, medicine, etc.). As a team, we can't solve these kinds of problems, but at least we can contribute to support them in feeding them especially during Ramadan.
Through this campaign the team aiming to:
1.Food packages:
The team aims to help 350 families of Rafah by providing them with basic food items - one food package contains items such as (beans, vegetables, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, green beans, onions and essentials like flour, rice, sugar and tea and other).
2.Gifts:
Children usually can't wait for the first day of the Eid to have their gift from their cousins or parents, and the gifts could be a toy or a small amount of money, as we mentioned earlier about the hard economic, financial, social and health situations, we are would like to gift 350 children.
In the previous campaign, we had to use a new strategy by asking the family what are the basic needs of food and drinks they need to be provided one day before Ramadan began. and we believe it's important to have focus groups and discuss their needs. in most causes, we will provide the same as please check number 1 the food packages.

News From Gaza
Dear All brothers, Sisters and Friends
I'm sorry if i'm using everywhere and space in order to keep you and my network updated about the situation of my people in Palestine.
Since Monday the The Zionist entity that's has carried out thousends of air strikes on Gaza. Over the last few days they have destroyed tower blocks apartment buildings, which killed about 192 people killed includes 58 children, 34 woman, 1235 wounded by the israeli Zionist entity in Gaza. add to that 60 Governmental buildings and 500 living units. for sure this result is not stable and increasing by the moment. Today in the morning they attacked my neighbourhood in Gaza. Alhamdulillah my family and neighbours are safe but our houses not.

While i'm writing this email , i want to ask you a personal request , my dad passed away 2 days ago, please pray and make Duaa for him.
Please accept my apology if i don't get in touch like in the past , it will take me sometimes to grief and recover.
I'm trying to be strong enough right now in order to deal with this new situation specially coordinating this project with the team in Gaza, I don't know if we will be able to deliver your gifts on time before Ramadan , but if not then it will be continuing during the Eid and after it.
