FOOD INSECURITY MAKES FASTING HARD
Ramadan is coming soon, and the people we help around the world are facing a new struggle. In addition to trying to survive COVID-19, our brothers and sisters are facing the month of fasting not knowing where their next meal will come from.
Families in Palestine, Rohingya, Syria, Yemen and the refugee camps in Jordan continue to struggle to secure their basic needs under civil unrest. Those in Pakistan, Kenya and Somalia continue to deal with extreme poverty from government neglect.
THE CAMPAIGN
FEED 7,500 FAMILIES
We are securing food packages and food assistance for families in Palestine, Rohingya, Syria, Yemen, Jordan, Pakistan, Kenya, Somalia and the U.S.
We want to feed 7,500 families through this LaunchGood campaign, and we need YOU to help us reach this goal.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:
“Whoever feeds the person who is breaking his fast, he will have his reward (for his fasting) without decreasing anything from the reward of the fasting person.” (At-Tirmidhi)
Too many families do not know where their next meal is coming from. Their next meal could come from you.
