Make a difference and join us today to provide bundles of warm clothing and Vitamin A to the children of Gaza this winter. The 4th annual Winter Relief Drive aims to supply not only jackets, jeans, wool thermals, socks, and shoes to children, but also a one-year supply of Vitamin A to a child in need. Help us bring warmth to the children of Gaza and give them hope for future winters to come.
Thanks to our partner, Salaam Nutritionals, we will provide enough Vitamin A for one child for an entire year. Vitamin A is critically important for a healthy immune system to fight infections, prevent blindness, and to protect the organs against dehydration due to diarrhea. This is especially significant for malnourished children living in inhumane conditions, such as those in Gaza.
Our donation tiers range from the Bronze Package ($25) which will support one child to our Diamond Package ($1,000) which will provide winter clothes and Vitamin A to 40 children. Any donation, big or small, will be greatly appreciated!

The Gaza Strip, an area of 140 square miles is already densely populated with over 2 million inhabitants. The Israeli blockade, in effect since 2007, has led to insufferable conditions for the Palestinian people. Electricity is only available in rotating cycles of 2 hours/day. More than 20% of households have no access to gas. Access to basic human necessities like food and water is at a minimum.

VIDEO: Final Distribution of Gaza Winter Relief Project

During times of hardship and difficulty is when we all need to come together. Although it may seem that the world is experiencing a great amount of hopelessness at the moment, we wanted to share with you the smiles and faces of the children that we all came together to serve this past winter. We are proud to present to you all the official distribution video of 4th Annual Gaza Winter Relief Project.

As always, we try to incorporate the collaboration of multiple stakeholders on the ground to maximize the number of children we can serve. The distribution process is a challenge logistically, but those efforts result in children in all eight refugee camps being served. We would like to extend our gratitude to our trusted implementing partner, MECA .
We raised a total of $70,426 which equals a total of 2,864 children being served with 14,320 items of winter clothing.
We would also like to express our appreciation to our brand partners, Salaam Nutritionals for their contribution of Vitamin A drops, Shifaa Foundation, and to PaliRoots for their collaborative efforts to this campaign for the past three consecutive years.

We are please to announce that we have completed the 4th Annual Gaza Winter Relief project and reached our overall goal with your generosity. We couldn't be more proud of this community of supporters. Below, we have attached the financial statement in respective to this project. A total of 2,864 bundles of clothing for 2,864 children was able to be provided. Phase II of the distribution will be completed this week and we will provide you all with an update as soon as we receive it. We are extremely proud and excited to announce that last week we had our very 1st distribution of clothing completed for 2019. For this 1st phase, we were able to serve a total of 800 children. Below is a link to a video showing the actual process of making the clothing, packaging, and implementation. Our favorite part is being able to see the reactions of the children as they open their new bundles. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your generosity and compassion.

1st Distribution of 2019 Complete!
We are proud to announce the 1st distribution of 2019 has been completed!
We were able to serve a total of 800 children (800 bundles of clothing) during phase one. We have scheduled multiple distributions throughout our campaign to ensure children in all eight refugee camps we serve are able to receive their winter bundles in a timely manner.
Our campaign goes through December 31, 2019, so we encourage all of you to join us in reaching as many Gazan children as we can. With your support, we know we can reach our ultimate goal of raising $100,000.
As of Saturday, Dec. 14th at 10am EST, we have raised $64,880 = 2,595 bundles.

Big news! Thanks to your support this Giving Tuesday, we raised over $41,600 for the children of Gaza.
In a single day, you and 662 other donors came together to provide nearly 2,000 children in Gaza with bundles of warm clothing and Vitamin A – and counting.
Thanks to you, we came in 4th place and won $4,000 as part of LaunchGood’s annual competition for the most donors. Our campaign will run through December 31, 2019.
