I am representing Alquds TV this Ramadan which wants to broadcast live Taraweeh from the holy Masjid Al Aqsa Palestine so that Muslim all over the world especially Indonesia and ASEAN countries could watch together through national television or online streaming.

Last year our team Akrom Foundation has done project to help masjid in Gaza by supporting their electricity supplies. You can read details of our activities in our official website www.akromfoundation.com

Thanks to all your support so far. This year we want to make something different by helping and promoting the third sacred mosque for Muslim that is Al Aqsa. We want to broadcast the Taraweeh prayer from Al-aqsa like this momentum last year as you may check at:

So far only Alquds TV who has the access and capability to run this program. However the live Taraweeh from Al Aqsa currently only be aired to local teve station around Palestine. Inshallah this Ramadan we want to reach out our audiences to Indonesia as the most populated Muslim country also to South East Asian Countries. This need some efforts and resources mobilization so that a full month of Sholat Taraweeh could be succeeded LIVE on television globally.

Abdullah Ibn Umar relates, I asked the Prophet Muhammad SAW, "the Apostle of Allah, tell us the legal injunction about visiting Bayt Al Maqdis {Jerusalem}.  The Apostle of Allah said, " Go and pray there.  If you cannot visit it and pray there, then send some oil to be used in the lamps." {Bukhari}.
