Help me take the trip of a lifetime! 

It was three years ago that I started attending a fully accredited private Muslim school to get a thorough academic education, while at the same time being immersed in Islamic studies. While learning the Sirah of the Holy Prophet along with the places of revelation and Sunnah- that are mentioned in Quran and Hadith- I started to have a unbreakable desire to go to these places and embrace these holy sites that were once walked upon by our Holy Prophet! Fortunately, my school offers a wondrous opportunity for my senior class to make Umrah to visit the blessed places we have been learning about all year. 

I need your help! 

MashAllah, I have been given the opportunity to make Umrah this April! 

Unfortunately, I am not able to raise the money on my own, so I am earnestly imploring the Muslim community for the financial aid to allow this trip to become possible for me. Making Umrah has always been one of the many goals that I have promised myself to complete. To be able to go through an experience that allows you to strengthen your Iman while visiting the Holy Prophet is a beautiful thing. Now that I have been given this opportunity, I want to grasp it full on. To do that, I will need support from my brothers and sisters. Inshallah, this trip will expand my mind on the many wonders of Islam that I am so passionate about learning. 

What does Umrah entail? 

We've all seen the beautiful images of Umrah and Hajj each year as people are called to the house of Allah and make this special pilgrimage that every Muslim eagerly awaits during their lifetime. I too have been one of those people who has dreamed of seeing the House of Allah for as long as I can remember. For those who may not be aware, the following is what one can expect when performing Umrah:

• Take a 14-hour flight 
• Arrive in Medina with my group
• Spend three nights in Move Pick hotel
• Will transport to Mecca to preform Umrah

• Spend 3 nights at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah

The cost of attending Umrah ... 

I am requesting $3,000 USD to attend Umrah with my class in April 2019! The following is a list of the associated costs for my trip:

• Plane ticket - $1,950 USD
• Hotel and accommodations - $100 USD 
• Food and drink - $200 USD
• Travel between Mecca and Madinah - $100 USD
• Gifts- $300 USD
• Expedited passport and visa -  $250 USD
• Necessities - $100 USD

•  Dua - Say a dua Allah allows this campaign to be successful and accepts my intentions for Umrah
