Help Us Have a Place of Our Own to Come Together, Pray, and Teach the Progressive Values of Islam

The Billings Islamic Center (BIC) is seeking donations to help us build the first and only Masjid in the largest city in the state of Montana. We are contacting all Islamic communities to help us build this Islamic Center. We have designated a place to purchase, Insha'Allah.

The funds raised will be used to purchase property, pay necessary fees, purchase furniture, provide schoolroom facilities, and finance mosque operations.

Please help us. If Allah wills this will be forever a Sadaqah Jariya. May Allah Bless us all, Insha'Allah.

The Billings Islamic Community

We are a small community of Muslims in one of the largest geographic statistical regions in the United States. In a state where cows outnumber people 3:1 we've been slowly growing as a community for over twenty years. For all this time we have been meeting in our members' homes or having facilities temporarily donated through the generosity of certain organizations in the greater Billings community.

​Our Plan to Build a Masjid

As we've grown we've slowly been collecting donations to build a Mosque as well. We've now grown to a size that we have had difficulty finding space large enough to accomodate our group.

Our Board of Directors has located a site with existing buildings that would be almost ideal for our needs. There is enough interior space to hold prayers and community gatherings, and to establish a school for our community members. We have the talents of our members, and the commitment of our community, and what we need now is the funding to make our dream a reality.

We pray it is Allah's Will that we should have a place which belongs to our beautiful Community.
