We at Alkebulan Community are building a Muslim community, so we can control our own resources and empower ourselves through farming, and not be dependent on a non-Muslim society for our everyday needs. Here we will grow and raise Halal foods, have our own school, offer free medical care to those who need it, employ and house Muslim families in need, and most of all we will be able to feed Muslims all over with Muslim grown foods.
Alkebulan Community was founded with the idea of really helping and offering a Halal resource for those who want it
We always want to help the struggling and oppressed Muslims around the world, (may Allah reward those who help) but we forget to help our neighbors right here in our own country. There are many Muslim sisters who are living in their cars with their children, many Muslim men struggling hard to feed their families, many Muslims who need healthcare and Muslim based education. We at Alkebulan Community want to offer this as a free resource
We just finished Phase two of building this community. Here are the things we accomplished with your generous donations.
We spent $2000 dollars on fencing and installed half of it.
we put up a gate and dug holes by hand all over the property to put in the poles to install the fencing. here is a video of some of that.

We repaired and rebuilt one of the original cabins. here is a picture and video that.

lastly we paved a portion of the road and fixed a huge sink hole that was formed by a natural spring.
What we need now:
Building Materials:
The funds to buy materials so our contractor (in picture above) can build better cabins than the one I tried to build myself. Also to pay our contractor for his generous vastly discounted services. we are also building a public bathroom and kitchen.
Solar and wind power:
we have families waiting in line to come live on the land and farm but we need to get our power supply up and running. so far we have 1 solar panel kit and 1 wind turbine. we need more and several solar batteries for our power bank.
Mass clearing:
We need the proper tools to mass clear and create a firewall around the fencing line. we have been trying to clear by hand because the big tools are really expensive. so we were trying to cut cost by doing it by hand, the issue with that is we are all out of shape lol and its only a couple of us out there doing the clearing. so now we want to invest in heavy tools to get it done.
Transportation:
often times we hold building events we end up car pooling people from all around to come out and volunteer their time and help build the community. this has been a big cost on us lately. would be great if we had some funds set aside to bring them out.
Giving back:
After the last event we had $50 left in funds. we donated it to a local Muslim group who feeds the homeless a few times a week and took the time to volunteer and help them in that noble pursuit.
Donate share and come out to the land. If you dont want to donate cash, we need tools, gift cards to walmart, home depot, lowes. etc share and continue this journey with us. because of you we have a cotton field, a well, a fence, a drivable road, and the oppertunity to feed and house those in need. thank you and may Allah bless you.

Given the state of current events and the possibility that things may get much worse in the near future, I am thankful to Allah that I was given the foresight to build an off-the-grid self-sustaining farming community. In order for us to be fully prepared for the worst-case scenario, we need your help. We still need funds to buy supplies so we can build brick living quarters and a community kitchen.

Our masjid

We have 23 acres of land. We found a spot that we want to build the Masjid at. In this picture below is an air view of the property. I outlined it in black. If you look at the picture there is a white circle on the road. a small way above that we want to clear and lay the foundation for the masjid Insha Allah.
In this next picture (Below) is an outline of how the community will look when it is finished. we got a lot of this done already. We have several families living on the land as well. Now we are building the heart of every Muslim community -The Masjid

Health care for the homeless

We started a new chapter in our community work. Now that our farms are up and running we want to address another urgent need. We got with a lot of local nurses and doctors to establish own volunteer Muslim medical care team. Support our new campaign and help us get our mobile care center so we can bring free health care to those in need of it.
