Difficult times make people take different approach. The previous years, we had Iftar Jama'i (Iftar together) with thousands orphans and donors every Ramadan. This year, this pandemic make us can not do this way. While the orphans still need our help to face Ramadan even more during this pandemic.
People requires to stay and pray at home, the store and office are closed to decrease COVID-19 but what we can do to help others while staying at home?
The Iftar Box cost about $5 for a box and will consist of foods, including;
Alhamdulillah, Allah gives us another chance to meet Ramadan month and reflect on how we are living our lives. Are we grateful for what we have? By fasting, we are reminded of what life could be like without food and Allah gives us reward through a meal at iftar together with beloved family.
But, how about the orphans? How about the needy who have to survive during this difficult situation? They are standing on themselves during Ramadan even on a daily basis and they are counting on kindness from people to help them. So let's help them together :)
As we know that Ramadan is the blessed month which every reward for good deeds is increased undoubtedly.
“…whatever you spend (for Allah’s sake) you will be rewarded for it, even for a morsel of food which you may put in the mouth of your wife.” (Bukhari, Vol. 8, Hadith 725; Vol.1, Hadith 53)

Deadly Earthquake in Indonesia. Let's support our brothers and sisters

The earthquake has devastated the Cianjur region in West Java province. The affected area is densely populated and prone to landslides. The earthquake has severely damaged thousands of homes, displacing nearly 14,000 people. Several schools have also been destroyed. Our team, Dompet Dhuafa is currently responding the emergency crisis including search and rescue, rapid need assessment, build emergency tents for the IDPs, build the public kitchen for food and drinking water distribution, and mobile health services.
We need your support. By donating to our emergency relief fund, your donation will meet emergency needs, such as the provision of food, water, and shelter, and provide long-term support in affected communities.
