Mobile Shower Trailer for the Houston Homeless

Increase your good deeds by donating funds to build a mobile shower trailer for the homeless. This project is inspired by Shower to the People based in California, whom, "Make homeless people feel human again."

You shall not attain righteousness until you spend out of what you love (in the way of Allah). Allah knows whatever you spend. (3:92)

With this shower trailer, we will be able to drive to the homeless and provide to them access to warm showers, toilets, and basic necessities such a socks, dental care, blankets, and toilet paper. Houston has a large homeless population. The sample image is an idea of what we will be bringing to the city of Houston. However instead of a truck, it will be a trailer as this adds flexibility to our mission. 

By the will of Allah, we have found someone well qualified and experienced to build the trailer, alhumdulillah. We just need the funds to submit the payment to begin construction. 

Early in the year of 2017, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development found that there are about 3,400 homeless people in Houston, no doubt an undercount, as the city is home to 2.3 million people.
