Almost one billion people lack the basic life essential of clean, safe drinking water. Lets change that!

    What's the Issue?

    There are 780 million people living without clean drinking water. In parts of Africa and Asia, people have to walk up to five miles to get clean water for their village. Women in Africa and Asia walk 4 miles to get the same amount of water that Americans use in two minutes on average in a shower. The clean water crisis is one of the most pressing issues of our lifetime. Through this campaign, we hope to help tackle the crisis directly.




    How will this campaign help solve the problem?

    Through this campaign, we hope to bring clean water to communities that do not have clean water access. By supplying hand pumps, water wells, and solar water power centers to villages - people in those villages will no longer have to worry about constantly walking miles to get clean water for their families.


    Why am I doing this campaign?

    • Raising money to help bring clean water to individuals in need around the world. Clean access to water improves education levels, health outcomes, and economic activity. 


    ​Which countries are you bringing clean water to?

    This campaign will bring clean water to Bangladesh, India, Kashmir, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, and Somalia.



    ​How much does it cost to help bring clean water?

    There are various ways you can help bring clean water to these areas. Here are just a few options:

    Purchase a Handpump ($425) - Beneficiaries are given a single-serving handpump in their village!

    Purchase a Water Well ($2000 - $6000) - Deep water wells are a great source of clean water in any village that allow for larger amounts of clean water at one given time.

    Solar Water Power Center ($25,000) - Solar Water Power Centers are the best means for hundreds of villagers to get clean water through the power of the sun!

    Yes! This initiative is partnered with Penny Appeal USA. Founded in 2009 in the UK, Penny Appeal has been a leader in the non profit sector providing support in 30+ countries worldwide. Penny Appeal USA, just last year completed 121 handpumps, 18 deep wells, and 4 solar wells around the world!
