Yemen is undergoing the worst humanitarian crisis since WWII—namely the outbreak of cholera in water. According to UNICEF,  a child in Yemen dies every 10 mins due to cholera found in water. Pure Hands is a U.S. non profit organization with an office in San’a, Yemen that collaborates with the United Nations to provide water to families in Yemen. It costs just $250 to sponsor a family of 8 people with clean water for a whole month. The Prophet (peace be upon him) authentically said: “The best charity is to provide clean water.” And this is the month of giving where our Prophet was the most generous.

Our goal this Ramadan is to provide 500 families in Yemen with food and clean water for the whole month. Please donate what you can to this amazing initiative, and spread the word so that we may reach our goal insha’Allah.
