Universal Academy of Florida needs your help to complete its new Multipurpose and Gym Project

Who we are: 

Every day, exciting things are happening at Universal Academy of Florida as we enter into the 27th year of service to community. UAF (www.uaftampa.org) is an accredited, private, full-time Islamic school that currently enrolls almost 700 students from PreK - 12th grades.  Our MISSION at UAF is to teach our students the principles and practices of Islam and to prepare them for academic success and good citizenship. 

For the past 27 years, Universal Academy of Florida has made amazing strides towards building and growing a school environment offering excellence in education, without compromising on our Islamic values.​  Alhamdulillah our students continue to benefit from abundant opportunities to learn, grow and excel as leaders of tomorrow while preserving their Islamic identities. As an Independent School, UAF receives no government funds for our campus facilities. In order to expand our facilities, we only rely on Allah swt and donations from our families and the community!

The Need for a Multipurpose Gym Building:

As our school is growing Alhamdulillah, we realize the importance of providing our students with the facilities they need. We need space to offer an optimal educational experience for our children. Our Multipurpose Gym construction started a few years ago to fulfill those needs.  A multipurpose center will provide the essential space for social and emotional learning.  We have been renting courts for our practices and home games, the indoor full size court will help our students practice and we will be able host our own games and events, Insha'Allah. The building also includes labs for our students, and a weight room for our athletes.  This building will not only help our current students, it will help generations to come, Insha'Allah.  ​

How much do we need?​

We need your help to complete the final steps of our Multipurpose Gym construction. We need $1.1 million to complete the building construction and with Allah's grace, you can help us reach this number. With this donation, may Allah increase your Hasanat, elevate your status and may you continue to receive Hasanat until the day of judgment, Ameen!

Current FINANCIAL SITUATION: The school has raised $2.8 million over the last few years, and we still need to collect $1.1 million in order to finish the project.  Please support our school and our students now, as we need to raise this amount within the next six months.
