Assalamu'alaikum Wa Rahmatullah!

I am raising money to put towards the purchase of Southgate Mosque and Community Centre, which has been recently established in North London and aims to bring people together to promote diversity and tolerance,  join together in worship, and support those in need. Our community has already raised over £3.5 million to purchase a stunning Grade II listed building in the heart of Southgate, however we urgently need to raise a further £3.15 million to pay the remaining balance by June 2023. I am so honoured to be a part of the establishment of this mosque and, as one of 1000 Fundraising Champions, I have personally pledged to raise £1000 during Ramadan.

I aim to raise funds by taking part in a 24 hour Quran Challenge on the 9th April, and in that 24 hrs I will read Quran whenever I can. I hope you will be able to support me in my fundraising journey, and will also feel inspired to be a part of this historic moment for the Southgate community.
