Where will your donations go?
Funds raised will go to support London East Academy and Al-Mizan schools. Al Mizan and London East Academy are situated in one of the largest and vibrant Islamic centres in Western Europe hosting Muslims and non-Muslims from all over the world. The school has capitalized on the premises, activities and the resources of the London Muslim Centre to enrich the students and the teaching & learning environment. The Centre provides the students with a much-valued identity and they have come to appreciate the great part it plays in their lives. The Schools are fully equipped with up to date resources and apparatus necessary to teach all the subjects to a high standard. The purpose-built classrooms are equipped with modern technology that includes interactive white boards. In addition to standard classroom facilities, the school has a purpose built science lab and fully equipped ICT suite. London East Academy, the secondary provision is based on the second floor of the LMC, whilst Al Mizan Primary is based at the Maryam Centre.

What am I doing?
I am taking part in this year’s Muslim Charity Run! This 5km endurance
test has been the ultimate factor uniting good causes with fitness, proving to be very popular over the last few years.
This is set to be one of the biggest Muslim charity runs, building on years of success.The run will take place in Tower Hamlet's Victoria Park, recognised for its heritage, sports facilities, walkways and lake, on Sunday 24th October 2021.
Muslim Charity Run is an initiative of the East London Mosque Trust and was previously known as Run 4 Your Mosque. This year Muslim Charity Run has partnered with LaunchGood as its Official Fundraising Partner.
