ONE BASKET = ONE FAMILY

Each basket, or home bin, is filled with supplies for refugee families to begin their new lives in America. These supplies include toilet paper, toothbrushes, deodorant, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, light bulbs, garbage bags and much more. All donations are very much appreciated and will go towards purchasing supplies to create more baskets. You can also purchase a basket online for $200.00 at ummacenters.org or mail a check for $200 per basket to UMMA at 221 Washington St. Waukegan, IL 60085. Please write “RARFI 2015″ on the memo line. Please mark ‘UMMA’ in permanent marker on the outside of the basket! Visit ummacenters.org for a complete list of supplies.

Spread the word! Share the link on social media, email it to your friends and family and help us reach as many people as we can to build as many baskets as we can. UMMA values a sense of togetherness, and the more people, the greater our community!
