Welcome to Higham Hill Maktab, where our commitment to providing exceptional Islamic education and character development for our young Muslim children and adults has been unwavering since our establishment in 2014. Situated in the heart of Walthamstow, East London, our journey has been a remarkable one, driven by the support and dedication of our community.

From humble beginnings, where we initially started with just two classes and 40 students, we quickly garnered the trust and enthusiasm of our community. Within a few months, we doubled our capacity to 80 students, and today, in 2023, we proudly stand with 7 classes, including a dedicated Qur'an memorization class, and a team of 18 dedicated teachers. Our student body has grown to an impressive 260 pupils, a testament to our commitment to nurturing the minds and hearts of the next generation.

Our educational programs have expanded as well, offering weekday Islamic classes in the evenings, and in response to popular demand, we've recently introduced a weekend program. But that's not all! We believe in a holistic approach to education, and we offer fun extracurricular activities, annual Eid parties and events, and even Football and Taekwondo classes for our pupils. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded education that not only fosters strong Islamic foundations but also enriches the lives of our students.
