Starting in 2017, the Muhsen's Bay area chapter was established and has grown since. Today, there are 3 certified mosques which include MCC, MCA, and MCF. Currently, an additional 2-3 mosques are working on becoming certified. When the lockdown first began in March 2020, the work we do to advocate for people with Special Needs did not come to a stop but expanded. This past year we have hosted two drive through Eid events, support groups for families, informational sessions, volunteer training, and launched the Cal buddies program.
