Baytul Ilm Trust urgently need to raise £1.3M to purchase the next door building to expand the school and other services to the community. 

Pioneering the Path of Education:

• In 2011, Baytul Ilm embarked on its journey, commencing Evening Madrasah classes at the Queensway Centre in Bletchley.
• Navigating challenges, the institution moved to Knowles Primary School in 2013 due to the Queensway Centre closure.
• A significant milestone was achieved in 2014 with the purchase of a building, an investment totaling over £185,000.
• The year 2019 marked a transformative phase, where renovations were completed, exceeding £200,000.
• Fast forward to 2021, the Boys Secondary School opened its doors, making strides in providing quality education to our youth.

Present Achievements:

• The Boys Secondary School, launched in September 2021, has witnessed overwhelming demand, resulting in a waiting list for the current year and oversubscription for the academic year 24-25.
• We've already recieved applications for academic years 25-26 & 26-27, emphasizing the sustained need for our educational services.
• Our Weekday Evening Madrasah boasts over 140 students, with a waiting list, underlining the community's commitment to education.
• The Weekend Madrasah accommodates over 90 students, with further demand evidenced by students on the waiting list.
• Adult classes, while thriving, face challenges due to insufficient space and inadequate facilities.
• The array of services provided, include Jumuah, daily Salah during holidays, Taraweeh, tuition (Maths, Science & English), and public events, showcases our commitment to holistic community development.

A Vision for the Future:

• Our vision encompasses expanding the school, with the hopes of more spacious classrooms, a science lab, an IT lab, and a multipurpose sports hall.
• As part of this expansion, we recognise the diverse educational needs within our community.
• Adult classes aspire to offer a broader range of courses with enhanced learning spaces.
• The Madrasah aims to eliminate waiting lists by expanding both Weekday and Weekend classes.
• Additional facilities, including car parking spaces, an outdoor play area, dedicated spaces for Juma’ah Salah, daily Salahs, and hosting public events, are integral to our community's growth.
