I am taking on the Snowdon Trek 2025 to push my limits, embrace the challenge, and stand in solidarity with widows in Bangladesh who are fighting for survival. This challenge is about reaching the summit as well as conquering personal goals all to alleviate the struggle of every day to finding shelter, safety, and dignity.

This trek is a commitment and a test of endurance, strength, and purpose. Every step forward is a step toward providing a widow with a home, a space where she can rebuild her life and protect her children.

Why This Matters
Too many widows in Bangladesh are left without shelter, struggling to provide for their children with no safe place to turn. A home means security, dignity, and hope for a better future. It gives a mother the chance to rebuild and children a place to grow in safety.

Hiking through Snowdonia’s breathtaking landscapes is a challenge, but it pales in comparison to the daily struggles faced by these widows. While we take in the fresh air and push ourselves physically, they walk miles each day just to survive, work tirelessly to feed their families and often leaving young children on their own.. Every pound raised will go toward providing a secure home and a place of safety, stability, and hope.
