As we immerse ourselves in the blessings of Laylatul Qadr, let's reflect on the profound words of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him):

"When one dies, his/her good deeds come to an end, except three: Ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who will pray for him/her."

On this particular night, each good deed is equivalent to a deed performed over 1,000 months. Tonight, we overcome our nafs (lower self) and devote our intentions and actions to the service of Allah (swt).

Zakat or Sadaqa Jariyah can leave a lasting legacy, offering these deserving children education, shelter, and spiritual guidance.

It's an investment in ongoing charity and beneficial knowledge that will resonate through generations.

As we reach the middle of Ramadan, it is critical to stay disciplined and resolved with our commitments in preparation for the last 10 days.

The Prophet (pbuh) taught us that giving charity wipes away sins just like water puts out fire. He also assured us that giving to charity doesn't decrease our wealth.

Giving charity should feel challenging, as it helps to purify our hearts and reduce our attachment to material things.
