The Islamic Society of Annapolis has been a cornerstone of the community providing space for worship, education, and connection for over 20 years. But today the time has come to dream bigger.

As our community has grown, so too have our needs.  Our current facilities, while cherished, can no longer accommodate the increasing number of worshippers, students, and families who rely on ISA every day.  That's why we are excited to announce the construction of a new masjid  and community center at our Gambrills location - designed not only to meet today's needs but to build a legacy for future generations.

This will be more than a masjid.  It's a vision for a community center that serves every stage of life - a place where families come together  to celebrate life's joys and support each other in times of loss.

Imagine a place where a family gathers to celebrate the birth of a child with an aqiqah, where children take their first steps in learning Qur'an, where youth  develop lifelong friendships, and where couples begin their journey in marriage.  And in life's final moments, a place where we come together to pray for the deceased, offering support and comfort to grieving families.  From cradle to grave, this center will truly embody our shared journey as a community of faith.
