More than 16 million people in Yemen, including 8.47 million children, urgently need access to clean and safe water. These individuals are at a heightened risk of waterborne diseases, malnutrition, and other life-threatening conditions.

As you read this, only one third of Yemen’s population is connected to a piped water network. Help provide clean drinking water to the people of Yemen today.

Women and children spend their days walking to find water to bring home. In 80% of water-deprived households, women and children are responsible for collecting water. Their safety and hygiene management is at risk, and this practice also takes away time from pursuing education or working.

Water is a right, not a privilege.

• Intervention of solarized community wells.
• Distribution of ‘Dignity Kits’ in support of families who are currently in IDP camps.
• Promoting hygiene awareness campaigns to students and IDPs.
• Supplying wells with necessary community faucets, piping and other infrastructural items.
• Rehabilitation of water reservoir tanks and Installation of water pipeline networks.
