Seeking Your Support in Spreading Dawwah at the March for Gaza in D.C.!

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful)

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh (May the peace be upon you),

On January 13th, 2024, the March for Gaza will take place in Washington D.C. As part of this event, I am devoted to spreading Dawwah and extending a helping hand through the provision of Dawwah/Care Packages. These packages will encompass essential items such as a copy of the Quran (including English and Spanish translations), water, a snack, two hand warmers, a KN95 mask, poncho, Islam 101 pamphlets, a Palestine sticker, and an Islamic bookmark.

The essence of this initiative lies in the wonderful opportunity to educate and illuminate the hearts of others about Islam, inspired by the steadfast faith and resilience exemplified by the Palestinian community. Observing the curiosity and eagerness to learn more about Islam during previous gatherings and protests, I have taken it upon myself to use this as a Dawwah opportunity by distributing free Qurans, having provided around 80 copies in the Tampa, Florida area.

I am also committed to ensuring the well-being and safety of all participants by providing these necessary items that may be needed the day of!

I estimate the expenses to be around $1200 total for 300 packages, printing of information, and cost of travel (Due to not being able to ride on the Free bus going to the March since I have two small children that are not allowed.)
