The genocide that erupted on October 7, 2023, has led to unprecedented devastation in Gaza. Over 15 months of relentless attacks have resulted in a staggering death toll. Official numbers of those who have lost their lives stands at more than 47,000 Palestinians. However, the actual number is significantly higher. 

The scale of destruction is unparalleled in its history. The healthcare system has completely collapsed and millions of people face catastrophic levels of famine. The latest U.N. damage assessment estimated that  clearing over 50 million tonnes of rubble left after Israel's bombardment could take 21 years and cost up to $1.2 billion.
