Horn lake, Mississippi First mosque after two years of legal battles with the city we are able to build our masjid .

Ibrahim House of God is going to be established in north Mississippi in Desoto County, due to the need of having an Islamic house for the Muslim community as there is no mosques in the whole area, and Muslims have to drive at least one hour for every prayer. Getting the approval to build the mosque was defiantly challenging as the Horn Lake officials unlawfully denied zoning approval for a proposed mosque, and after several negotiations, Abraham House of God won the lawsuit. Now the mosque has the legal papers and approvals to start building the mosque and by Allah's (god's) willing, and with the help of our Muslim brothers and sisters around the world we will make the impossible possible and construct the first mosque in Desoto county. The mosque is going to be built with the perspective of improving the community in general, and the Muslim community in specific and to spread the values and moralities that the Islamic community has inherited generation by generation for more than 1500 years including:
