More than 60% of the UK population struggles with a known mental health problem. We as a nation suffer from many different illnesses from the most common Anxiety, depression and eating disorders, to less common schizophrenia, bipolar and so on.

Muslim Youth Helpline are a charity who have been around for over 19 years. They offer a service where muslims can call in with their issues and receive the help they need, mainly focusing on the youth, but all ages are welcome.

They offer real emotional support as well as help put you into contact with the right people to minimise your problems, for example:

Muslim Youth Helpline is a national helpline that provides FREE, confidential and non-judgemental support to young people in need.

Free - If you call MYH it won’t show on your phone bill.

Confidential - They don’t record calls at all.

Non Judgemental - No matter what you’re going through, they don’t judge. They help you with whatever you need in the moment.

Every Ramadan we focus mainly on giving for food or for water, and sadly many Muslims worldwide suffer in silence with all the necessities they need, except emotional support.
