Al Najashi aims to help Eritrean refugees to acquire well-respected essential qualifications in order to explore talents, pave away of professional skills, decrease the unemployment within refugees; particularly amongst youths who desperately fight for their basic human rights and their dignity. 

We are specialised in arranging, alongside local charities in Sudan and Yemen, tailored training in various fields such as Diesel Automotive Engineering, Leather Products, Mobile Engineering, and Catering.

This is an innovative, unique and sustainable program that we are currently delivering to the areas of adult education and employability. 

These programs are not only significant and beneficial for refugees as well as their families, however, it has also extended their impact to the residents of the country that is hosting the refugees. Refugees have dreams and inspirations of being productive people, the abandonment of such basic rights will inevitably lead them to depart and migrate to different countries. 

This project empowers the working youth of Eastern Sudan refugees and cultivates future professionals.
